Item not received

On Summary Evri states parcel delivered 29-6-2025 to my address Not true .

I found Seller very helpful .as it was a Charity I informed them I  don't want a refund .

I was interested to find out, what would be the outcome ,so I got Ebay involved

On 24-7-2025 Ebay says tracking show the parcel was delivered to my address on the above date and rejected my claim ,although I had said I don't want a refund 

I was very lucky I only lost £31.30 -it could have been over £350.00  if it had happen in the past

Lesson learned, Action Evri finished  listing show other Courier finished ,only Royal Mail and even then £ 40.00 limit on item

 .Should the same thing happen again ,Not a big loss. (£40.00 ) EBAY and Seller will never know anything

We hear here a lot , of items being left in unsafe places by couriers and get stolen,  happens all the time.

Some peeps have been successful claiming on house insurance.

I use Evri for deliveries,  luckily I have a superb Evri lady , and I receive several Evri messages before delivery the item is going to be delivered at ** time and date,  and to leave information of a safe place if  I am not going to be there to receive item.

If your Evri person is lax in just leaving items for all passers by to see, whether you're in or not , I would always inform on those messages where to leave the item,  so it's not visible to thieving eyes and fingers!

Ebay now know what I think .I have a plan 

  In future ,I have set a limit ,£50.oo  to spend on an item ,If I have the same experience again I will ask Seller to contact Royal Mail to look in to it  if un- successful .It will NOT go any further 

Now 27-7-25 I feel it would be foolish to spend a large sum of money for an item on Ebay 

No photo no signature from Courier -Wide open to abuse .Over £ 50 .00  = NO BIZ.
