How to get the money back if the seller no longer wants to sell your product at the auction price

If the seller does not want to send you the paid product, what can we do to get our money back?

Tell them to cancel it.  If they don't do that you have to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed to open a "not received" case via the dropdown menu for the item on your purchase history page.
