It will have been removed by Ebay, because it broke feedback rules (or the law) in some way. You can't just say whatever you like in public feedback. It can get you - and Ebay - sued for libel.  If you can remember exactly what you wrote, word for word, someone will be able to tell you where you went wrong.  Alternatively, you can read the feedback rules for yourself in the Help pages.

“superb condition” but failed to mention the large whole in the collar.

Cannot see that sort of comment offensive in any way ?

I can see two neutrals that you have left and I am sure that if selles had asked they too wold have been removed.

Sellers can only disapatch, they have no control over delivery particularly in present circumstances and things do get lost.

If you were a seller then you would not appreciate a buyer blaming them for delays or loss. Use common sense with feedback.

My comment related to the item description, not a delivery issue which was fine.
The description of the item was “superb condition”, failing to mention the large hole on the collar which could not be seen on the photos supplied !.
