i have bought a vehicle on ebay and i want to find out sellers ebay address ???
Apart from everything else that can go wrong with the purchase you do realise during Covid regulations you can be fined for making a non essential journey..Have just read a case where I live where the purchaser was stopped by the police, fined, and sent back home.
I don't know what you mean by 'ebay address'. You need the address of where the vehicle is, so ask the seller. As long as you bought it on Ebay (without paying, of course, as vehicles and all collection items should only ever be paid for in cash or by bank transfer, once you've fully examined, tested, and done all necessary checks), you are allowed to exchange contact details with one another without penalty.
There is no buyer protection on vehicles - anywhere, not just here - so I trust you haven't already paid...? For the sale of used vehicles sold by private sellers, the law states 'caveat emptor' (buyer be aware). You would only have legal recourse, should anything go wrong, if the vehicle was bought from a trader.
You shouldn't have Paid until you had been and inspected it. How do you know he even has the Car? How did you Pay for ir?
