ebay repeating email confirmation messages: this past 2 weeks or so I get MULTIPLE emails

I have been receiving from Ebay:  multiple messages for days on end, that order confirmed, item sent, item delivered,  and now on a dispute, "return requested" followed by  "you have a message"   

imagine the  confusion!   Nothing about it on Google,  been into my account  as suggested and scrubbed notifications, etc but this  junk keeps appearing, often several 6- 10 in ONE GO.  - often with the SAME time stamp.

And of course ebay self-help contact ebay team is just ........

I'm getting stupid messages also .. From items that ended months ago . that i was watching and deleted after auction had ended . . Ebay must  have dimentia

ha ha ha -at least you've made me smile a bit - so sad the way all is heading - even responding to the SELLER - "please send a VIDEO...." honestly! ....so not the ONLY gonk to have this problem 🙂

The wonders of ebay, they can't even get the present system to run properly, yet still keep inventing new unnecessary changes that they will surely muck up like everything else.

Have you tried editing your preferences, as particularly if using the seller hub, most of these advices are really not required, one advice is all that is needed if that. Just looking at the Seller Hub page and that tells me all I want to know.

Order update, confirmation & Reminder are greyed out: Yes I'd already checked all that - and of course I've noted that there are TWO Preferences pages:Can't see anything which I may have missed - all seems in order and / or I don't want to tamper with !
am surprised it's not been searched for before.... since the timestamps have changed, ( just received 2 more ) @11.10am & 11.38am , it can't be anything at my end going around in a spin.
