I keep getting the message "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later".
Does anyone else have this problem?

It's working fine for me. What browser are you using...? If IE, note that it's no longer compatible with Ebay (or any other website) as Microsoft are phasing it out. I use Firefox. Others are happy with Chrome or Edge.
If you're using the glitchy app, use the desktop view instead.
