I've opened a dispute with a seller and eBay had to step in. I sent the item back to the seller using the pre paid lable provided by eBay & attached the tracking number to the case
It turns out that the address that the seller has provided to eBay is incorrect & the item is being returned to me.
Also the tracking number doesn't show any information on the case even though I've added it. And there doesn't seem to be a way to call or email eBay!
What can I do? I have product that I believe is fake!

Attempted Delivery should be acceptable to ebay, but it needs to show on the tracking.
Only other thing that you can do is use the new Seller Help in Help & Contact to contact ebay and explain. If it is being returned to you, how do you know this, it must mean that delivery has been attempted. Seller cannot just refuse delivery.
