I want to leave positive feedback for a seller, I wish to delete the first comment as I DID not type this, I have no idea how this happened. Please can you delete and allow me to post a positive feedback as everything was perfect.

Your additional comment undoes the damage effectively, but as already said seller could have it removed for the negative comments, and if so you would get a Policy Violation.

Only you could have left this feedback, even if just a copy of previous fb stored by ebay, YOU had to click to leave it.

You can't change or revise positive feedback, even if the comments are negative.

There's no point in claiming that you didn't leave this feedback. Someone did, and you're responsible for all feedback left from your account.

However, your seller should be able to have this feedback removed, as saying that eBay had to refund is not allowed.

All you can do is suggest to your seller that he/she contacts eBay customer support to ask for its removal. With customer support being restricted due to covid-19 they may have difficulty getting through.
