I placed my order through idealo. I placed it as a guest, i didn't receive my order yet. Could you please help me in this.

You're in Germany, and this is the UK site. Ebay's sites work differently to one another, due to differing consumer laws, so log out and log back in to your home site, ebay.de, and use the Help pages and forums over there, to ensure that you receive accurate help and advice.
