I haven´t received the item I bought 2 weeks ago and the seller doen´t answer back

I haven´t received the item I bought 2 weeks ago and the seller  doen´t answer back to the messeges I write to him. So I go to the webside in "help" and " When a buyer doesn't receive an item", but when I add the item number (in "search for a item") it says "We're sorry, there are no items that match your search. Please try again."

What can I do to get the money back or just to receive the item?

Thanks in advance

The tools that Ebay supplies for you to use when an item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, faulty or not as described:

The Money Back Guarantee (links on every listing, in various other places across the site, and on your order confirmation).

The More Actions dropdown, beside the transation on your Purchase History page.

The Resolution Centre (link at foot of any page).

The Help pages with their integral search (links at top and foot of any page).

However, Ebay's tools can only be used if you bought the item while logged into your account.  If you bought while logged out, ie. as a guest, the transaction will obviously not be in your Ebay account.  If that's what you did, you will have to open a case with PayPal or with your card provider.

On every listing top right is the money back guarantee.

Ebay put it there to tell you what todo when you don't receive an item.

In MORE ACTIONS on your purchases page there is an OPTION - "Item not received" Use it and read instructions.

I can't be sure whayt youare doing, but when you search for an item number it searches for ACTIVE listings. The item will be in COMPLETED or SOLD items which you have to select down the left side of the page.

In addition to the information that you have already been given, if you do take the advice given and open an Item Not Received case via the eBay Resolution Centre, then should the seller prove to be unhelpful and he or she has not resolved the problem by the time four days have passed since the date that you opened the Item Not Received case then escalate the matter to eBay to make a final decision upon.  Unless the seller is able to provide solid proof that the item was definitely delivered to your home address then eBay would decide the matter in your favour and force a total refund of the money that you paid for the item.

On a slightly separate note, you are not allowed to name and shame sellers on the forums.  If the Moderators were to spot that you've named the seller in your post they'll more than likely edit your post, delete the seller's User ID and give you a warning.  Therefore, if you read this reply before the Moderators spot that you've included the seller's User ID in your post, edit your post and remove the seller's User ID from the post.
