I recently boughtr some replacement mop heads which were supposed to fit my Vileda mop, they do not, however the seller is in china so it is too expensive to return them. rip off
Read Ebay's Money Back Guarantee to learn how to open a not-as-describedcase and return the item at the seller's expense. The MBG is on every listing and in various other places across the site. Do not close the case on a promise (Chinese sellers in particular seem to be intent on promising things that never materialise!). Closed cases cannot be reopened, and you can't open another. Just follow the instructions to the letter.
