I didn´t receive the order.

I paid - the money left my account . 

Support Center writes me you did not pay .

The seller is not responding to my messages . 

Help me please .

Have you received an email from eBay saying the item was sold on a compromised account and you ' have not paid'?

Then,  you may still get your item,  eBay recommend you wait 10 days.

Then,  if it does not arrive,  open a case with Paypal for item not received.  Enter that eBay have rremoved the item from their site,  and ignore the instruction to go back to eBay, just stick with the Paypal case.

Escalate within 20 days for a refund.
