How to close returns request?

You Log into the Resolution Centre at the very foot of the Page and Close the Case. Do not Close on a Promise of a Refund or Replacement though.  As such offers rarely turn into reality.

1. Log in to your "eBay account"
2. Click "my eBay" on the upper right side beside the bell.
3. Next to it on the left side under activity, click "purchased history" and look for the item that you have problem's with.
4. After that once you see the item on the further right side, click "see returns details".
5. Once your in the returns details page on the right side, click "cancel/close return" link so that you can successfully close/cancel the returns.
