Fake goods

Hi, I've received 3 pairs of fake jack and Jones boxers. Probably the worst fakes I've seen. It's going to cost me £4.20 to return and they say there maybe a 30% discount for not having the plastic wrapper they come in. Once I send them back I have no control to prove how fake they are except for photos. They cost £10.99 so I would end up with approx £4. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

You are also covered by the paypal money back guarantee if you paid that way.

If you fail on ebay then you open the dispute in paypal and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 day

go to the Resolution Centre and open a not as described case, the seller has to pay for the return
