Buying from a different country but which ones are safe?

I want to buy from Bulgairia but is it a safe country to buy from? Seller has some weird purchases but no negs,would be grateful for advice.

Only you can decide, there are good and bad sellers everywhere. You say seller has no negatives!!  but how many positives? How long has he been on Ebay, at the top of his Feedback on the right does it show any Feedback revisions (These are negatives that buyers have agreed to change).

There is not much more you can look at, but have to base a decision on what you can see, and at the worst, how much you are spending, that is the maximum you could lose.

What you must take into account is that if you had to return your purchase it would be expensive

I held my breath and purchased it (£270) the seller has contacted me for my phone number,he said it’s mandatory on the shipping forms,he has now contacted me for my email,also mandatory as well,I’ve purchased from Germany,France and America and never had to send the seller these details before.i am starting to get worried but he/she wouldn’t be able to get do anything with the info I’ve sent would they? Am I just being paranoid,I realy want it for my collection but I’m scared of being tricked.
