Anyone have problems playing second hand Ubisoft games for PC?

I bought Far Cry 3 for PC second hand on here and after loading it had to register with Ubisoft. It then told me the key code had already been registered and cannot be used.

I have already purchased second hand Far Cry 1 and 2 and I am expecting the same problem.

Surely others must have had the same problem! So why are these unusable Ubisoft games being sold on Ebay still?

Did you buy the CD or did you buy a online download. By the sound of it you have bought a CD and your seller has registered it.. There is no way around it and your only option I'm afraid is a return using the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

your feedback does not indicate any problems and if all or part of the items were delivered digitally then they were [99% certain] breaking eBay policies on downloads.
