I helped someone with their account to purchase a camera from a seller (). Shortly afterwards, the account was permanently banned for an unknown reason. I
tried to create another account to ask the buyer and got permanently banned again as if I am being treated as a major terrorist. Finally, I used my own account to contact the buyer. She didn't reply to me as soon as I told her about the purchase.
I checked my order status with the original account and it shows "paid". I used that account to seek a refund and report the case. Both methods result in a message saying I am not covered by the money-back guarantee plan and told me to message the seller. However, as a banned account I cannot message the seller (eBay should've known this??????). I tried to appeal and submitted all my proof of ID but it still couldn't be done to reverse my account.
I am at the verge of losing my money and an anniversary surprise. Anyone, please suggest to me what I can do.
If your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe, just open a Not Received case with PayPal or your card provider. Ebay obviously can't help you in any way now that you've been banned.
