promos are down ???

Hi,

I'm trying to update some of my advertising campaigns, but for some reason can't view, or amend any of them.

Tried all the usual stuff (clearing history/cookies, different browser) and nothing seams to work.

Doeas anbody have the same problem ?

Same, just mentioned it on the older thread about promoted listings.

Mine started playing up yesterday, the impressions count would freeze for periods of time then start again. I had this same issue a few weeks ago, it would stop counting for over an hour sometimes. But last time it didn't stop showing up entirely like it is now, so I don't know if the freezing and the complete failure are directly related.

eBay are aware of this , and it seems to be a global issue,  you are not alone,  its being worked on as a top priority.

We have been told,  it should be resolved within 24 hours,  and it's being worked at the moment so hopefully, it wont take that long.

Yeah, same here. No way of checking how they're doing, amending or cancelling them etc I'm curious if the promos are continuing to run, surely we can't be charged for promos that you may have wanted to end or alter while they're broken.

Yeah same here. Don't worry, if it's costing eBay money it will get fixed quickly, unlike most other glitches that have been going on for years.

Mines back now but impressions way down on average. 

The count is also stopping and starting, I've had this issue a few times now.

Yesterdays was down too and the impression count kept freezing for extended periods then starting again. I had the same issue a few weeks ago where they would stop going up for as long as a few hours at a time but it settled down again.

Interestingly, yesterdays final fgure was about half of the previous 7 days average but in between promo disappearing and coming back, it has now bumped up to within normal range. 

I would be interesting to know if anyone else's is freezing?

Usually you can refresh the page every few seconds or less and the impression count will have risen, even if only slightly. You can normally do this over and over the figure will go up.

But at the moment, there will be periods where the number just stops increasing for a time then starts again.

For example, one account has been stuck at 167827 for the last 10 minutes or so.

I'm not sure if this stop-start nature is related to the outages, but it does seem to result in a lower than averge daily count, which then seems to retroactively go up a little a few days later.

My figures for yesterday ended low but then bumped up to normal overnight.

Today I'm seeing the same stop-start phenomenon with the impressions count.

Still getting the stop start nature to my impressions count, the same as a week or so ago, but it's going on for longer this time.

The figures always seem to adjust within a day or two and will magically rise up to normal levels.

When things are normal, you can refresh the page instantly and the figure has gone up, but when it's like this, it can freeze for anything up to hours then start then stop then start etc.

Weird that I seem to be the only one experienceing it.
