View Shop Listings Due For Renewal

Is there a quick way (or even a hack)  on my business account to see, or count, how many of the active listings in my eBay shop are still due for renewal within the remainder of the current month?

Currently, if at any point during the month I wish to see how many listings are yet to renew that month, I have to scroll down the Active Listings, look at the End Date, and count those that haven't yet renewed that month. I then subtract that number from my remaining allocation to work out how many new listings I can create before reaching my 250 limit.

It would be great if there was a quick way to obtain this info. The Seller Hub Overview only tells me how many of the monthly shop allowance listings I've used, and have left, but it doesn't tell me how many of my existing listings could renew if they don't sell before the end of the monthly cycle. This is an easy calculation on the first day of the month, but part way through, when you may have sold some items and some may have already renewed, it's not so simple. Unless I missing something obvious?

The 250 free BIN listings included in a basic shop subscription is not a limit. If you exceed that number of BIN listings in a month the additional listings will attract a listing fee of 10p + VAT (i.e. 12p).

Are the items you are selling on that account multi-quantity listings, one-off items or a mixture of both?

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

It's not ideal but I sort listings using the ending soonest filter, then you can see roughly what's finishing and likely to relist soon and you can end it before then.

You can make the counting a bit easier by setting the number of items shown per page.

I've been doing that towards the end of the month.

e.g. it says I have 205 left of my allowance.

Set to 200 per page.

Look at bottom of page one, and top of page 2 to see where the renew dates start on 1st of next month.

Easier to count forwards or back a bit.

I've managed to fully use my allowance some months.

Thanks all for your replies 😊 It seems like I'm not alone in trying to juggle the listings in order to stay within the allowance.

@4_bathrooms The listings are mostly individual items, with just a few multi-quantities. We sell vintage collectable items, therefore, it's unusual to have more than one of the same thing at any one time. They're all on BiN, although we are considering a few auction-style listings to make full use of the allowance.

Apologies, I should have referred to the 250 as the 'included allowance', rather than a limit. In my head I'm always thinking I must stick to the 250 otherwise it'll cost us more (albeit at the lower listing rate, as you quite correctly pointed out). Thank you for picking up on my error 👍😊

Why limit yourself?  If you have more items to list, whilst it may cost you a few pence extra to do so, surely it's more worthwhile to get the extra sale?

And if you find yourself regularly going over, then why not try to get to the point where the next shop level is worthwhile?
