Problems with Bulk upload connecting to Ebay on Evri site?

I had managed to link the ebay upload previously however now it just keeps going round in a sign in loop. Ive cleared cache and cookies and even waited a full day but still no luck. Anyone else having the same issue?

I found the entire process of sending eBay items so frustrating that I no
longer sell on eBay! After 20 years of selling on eBay I have moved to
pastures new with a much much simpler and more profitable alternative!

I honestly do not believe there is a way of contacting Evri about issues such as these.  I basically gave up and thought I would try ebay instead.  At least with the ebay chatbot you can eventually get through to a human and they sent me an upload link to send the evidence of the ebay upload fails.  I honestly don't know if that made a difference but they did say they would look into it and about two weeks later (early December 2023) I noticed that the ebay bulk upload on the evri site was working again.  Ever since then it’s continued to work for me, the last time I used it successfully was three days ago.  I guess many people simply buy their Evri postage through the ebay site itself, but that’s not as convenient because you don’t get emailed a single QR code for multiple items to use with the Evri parcelshop label printers.

I'm having problems linking my eBay account to do bulk uploads in Evri. Never had this problem with the old Hermes classic site but now I'm forced to use the evri website with the old classic site now shut down, it's caused me no end of issues. The problem that I can see is when you link your account, you should get a page asking you to confirm you are happy to authorize evri access to your eBay account but this page isn't coming up. When I link my account, it goes straight to parcel settings, so when you go through and enter all the settings and then click import, the import fails because evri hasn't been given authorization to access the account. It worked initially, then suddenly stopped. I have more than 1 eBay account so I have to keep linking and unlinking my accounts (which is frustrating considered as delivery services allow you to link more than one account). Is the issue with eBay or evri? Why is that authorisation page not being provided?

Anyone found a fix for this yet. I got the same problem where the import doesn't work. Tried many different things.  Some times it does work but failed more then it works.

still having this problem evri are about as good as a chocolate teapot when asking about it and it just fails with out a reason tried re-linking the to ebay and nothing still fails works when it wants realy

Same issue here as well, linked my ebay account with evri bulk and it doesn't import the orders coming in to ship, just says 0 shipments from ebay are imported.

JUST FAILS ALL THE TIME DONE ALL THE SO CALLED FIXES JUST DOESN'T WANT TO IMPORT ORDERS EVRI SAY ITS EBAY -EBAY SAY ITS EVRI WE AS SELLERS JUST WANT IT TO WORK SO WE DON'T SPEND HOURS MANUALLY INPUTTING ADDRESSES
