As per title, are you increasing stock and listings in the run up to Christmas, staying the same or decreasing..?
Me, i have enough stock for ebay to sink a Battle Ship.

Just running down to Christmas currently. The change to requirements to sell to Europe and NI is going to be the death knell for a LOT of sellers.

I stopped selling in Europe after Brexit, but i will have to stop selling to Northern Ireland. My biggest negative feeling i giving my NINO.

I don't sell much to Europe or NI so I will be stopping sales to those areas when the new regulations come in. I can't see it making a huge impact to me

I'm overstocked so on a mission to reduce total lines but yet still have magpie tendancies and a need for newness so bringing in a few new lines, replenishing and upping stock holding in those that I'm tentatively learning are good sellers.
The price of gold is causing a major headache - its now twelve times the price it was 25 years ago! People still expect similar to what they could get back in the day, yet some are finding the money to buy and I want to grow this more niche range.
I've found this year really unpredictable. Sales are more up and down than usual. I'm trying to finish my lead into Christmas sales and marketing plan - really pushing and clearing old lines so I can free up head space/ money/ physical space to focus on those better performing listings, enjoy developing new designs and have a better process for clearing the lower number of slower movers moving forwards.
I don't think switching off EU sales on eBay will cause issues for my business but turning off NI is causing me a major personal issue - its morally the wrong thing to do, we are one nation - stronger together (the financial situation doesn't have too much of an impact).

I have to agree with you. It's insane, that so many people will simply stop selling to a part of the UK, simply because of EU rule! It is just wrong. Maybe the polititions will get this sorted out eventually, but I won't hold my breath on it.
It's just as bad for those sellers based in NI, trying to get through all the regs.
It does feel very much, like we are trying to throttle sales into and out of NI.
But at the end of the day, you have to do what is right for you.
Personally, I can't see it being worth the time and effort that needs to be spent, to be able to comply with the new rules. So Ni & EU will be switched off by myself also.

My stock levels are static at the moment, got some electrical items where i'm the only stock holder of them. The wet weather has arrived and it goes cooler at the end of this week so in theory my trade should be busier.
