I sold some things earlier today , I use Royal mail business post Click & Drop, my Connection shows as live on the Royal mail site to my account, I have clicked to update the connection via the Royal mail site...but still the orders are not showing on my Click and drop account for posting out.
Anyone else having this problem, or finding that it has been slow for data to go to their Royal mail Click & Drop account?

I have orders there from today.
It's probably worth refreshing the connection, as though it may show active, it may actually be down.

Same here. Click & Drop doesn't seem to apply anything automaticaly and have to go through every single order manualy. I have already refreshed connection and it didn't make any difference. It's like this for us since Friday. RM phone lines are closed today. Will give them a ring tomorrow to check what is going on. Hope it;s just one off system failure rather that something that will get me much more timeconsuming work 😕
I have applied postage for half orders this morning hoping that this will cause the system to start to do this automatically. unfortunately it didn't
Anyone has any solutions?

Yes, same here, since Friday, fingers crossed all fixed by Monday morning.

Did your data from ebay to the Click and drop site, start coming back through ?

Just use E-bays internal post....I think it's cheaper than going through C&P directly now.

That really depends on what contract you have with RM!
