All my listings have had their titles & thumbnails disappear (across devices, connections, browsers) effectively removing them from the site. All that remains is a 'free delivery in 3 days' call to action in search results.

Q: Anyone had something similar?

It's affecting search listings, storefront listings, desktop, app, across multiple browsers, connections, devices, with cleared caches and cookies. This is very much an eBay issue not a device/browser issue.

You can replicate it by searching for "jtl playset" or "jump to lightspeed playset" as I have a lot of listings optimised for that.

Others are reporting the same it must be some technical glitch.

You could try and ask Customer Services if they are aware of this and if a fix is at hand.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

UPDATE: Spoke to Dublin call centre (I was on hold while I posted this) and have flagged with an advisor, they said 'someone else' has reported it and my flag would be added to the list, and to give it 24 hours.

Same here, thousands of my listings are hidden so I've sold almost nothing today. Seems to be affecting a growing number of accounts.

As an aside, it's probably not worth me requesting a call back? As long as they're aware and working on it, I would just add to the call backlog?

May not be worth asking for a callback, but just contacting CS to let them know your account is affected , so they can flag your account, too.

I just called customer service, and they said the issue has been acknowledged and added my account to the list. Not sure when it will be fixed.

I've just been on chat and had my account added to the growing list, the agent I spoke to was very much aware of the issue and had no idea when it might be resolved. 🙁

I'm having the same issue here, I spoke to CS this morning who raised it but assuming just added my account to the list of those being affected,

Music Magpie are also being affected, so if a seller that large is having a problem I would assume it will be a high priority fix

Replying to myself as I tried CS again and got a really helpful agent who asked for email screenshots and then took their own to verify the issue.

Strangely I've had a couple of sales even though (to me at least), none of my listings are appearing. Could be the customers had my listings cached on their devices? But probably a good sign that at least they are still 'live'.

I'm also the same very frustrating and ebay are not the quickest in dealing with these issues

We've managed to get ours back on at the moment !! We clicked on to our store and then clicked on the newly listed tab. From there we clicked on gallery view and .... hey presto .... all listings appear !! Hope this helps ?
