printer problems help needed

bought a new hp printer but have a problem on 6x4 cards it misses the last 1" so its only printing 5x4 ive tried everything to no avail ,anybody got any clues what im doing wrong?

Possibly something in the print settings or if not, a problem with the driver or HP software.

I have used the same piece of photo software for 15 years now, and have used it with every printer I have had. That way I always have the same settings for printing, and the transition has been smooth. I never use the software that comes with the printer as it often has quirks.

Don't have an hp printer but look in settings for something saying page layout. Should have setting for borderless printing in there somewhere.
