well i told of the shirt sent to joe cole and that i then phoned and was filled with confidence by a charming lady so when it hit the floor this morning i was buzzin ripped it open and there was the shirt unsigned gutted lol

unlucky, phone up and complain I did when i was promised a shirt would be signed and they told me to send it back and got it signed then payed for postage too

Gutted for you...I got the same result from Jamie Carragher many months ago 😞  Spoke to Liverpool on the phone etc and shirt was back the next day.... unsigned.
