almost 4 years since the group started,pretty sure it was september 2008 when it began,  🙂 sorry ive not been on much lately,but ive had a few things to sort out,been working on my scoot,to get it on the road..,had a lot of unexpected issues with it,also had eye trouble,  that limited my time on the pc.as looking at the screen,seemed to make them more sore,however i have  bought in a 100 stamps,and will be using them soon for sending out,hopefully weill be posting replies again on here in the near future:-)

thanks greg,to be honest,theyve not been right for a few years,get occassional halos,and partial double vision,when looking at text,such as autographs,and now this conjuctivitus,,will have to get some glasses me think,been putting that off for years:-)

A good four years for making friends.

Definitely get your eyes checked Daz. I have worked with computers my entire adult life, and am a heavy reader. At work I was starting to get headaches by 3 in the afternoon, so after getting my eyes checked last year, found out the headaches were caused by a slight deficiency in my right eye which was not really noticeable to me. Have been wearing glasses for work since April 2011 now, and no more headaches.

Have not been on much myself this year but just starting to get back to some normality at home its been a strange year for me.

Daz i was getting headaches and falling asleep in front of the T.V within 10 20 mins of watching something and i had my eyes checked and was told if i drove at night i was borderline legal with my eyesight and my reading was blurry but i got glasses and still dont wear them enough although when i do everything is crystal clear and i do not fall asleep watching the Telly so worth getting them checked out Daz .

Heres to the next four years .

I was having trouble with my eyes and having headaches about five years ago I got my eyes tested found out I needed glasses and now I don't have headaches . I went for my usual two yearly check up last year and the optician found out I had a problem behind my left eye which could result in me losing the sight in that eye I have to take medication and supplements to help slow this down I also have to go annually for a check up so it's really worth getting your eyes tested Daz .

I think most of us need to get back into sending out some requests,I just don't seem to have any time lately.

With regards to eyesight,mines always been bad,and I've worn glasses since I was about 5.I changed to contact lenses when I was 17-couldn't believe when I first played football wearing my lenses and I could see who I was passing to instead of just passing to a 'coloured blur'-other than that,there was no other improvement to my game!
