I am supposed to be up at 4 in the morning, but cannot sleep, so thought I would get up to speed on here in the hope of knackering myself.

Had a rare evening out (first time since Halloween last year), and enjoyed watching the FA Youth Cup 5th round tie between Watford and Liverpool. Liverpool youngsters were brilliant and deserved their 2-0 win.

Before the game I picked up this season's shirt at half price. Manager Beppe Sannino and players Sean Murray plus Jonathan Bond were in the club shop, so got the shirt signed by all three. Nice to meet the latest manager. Jonathan is 2nd choice keeper behind Almunia, but as Almunia is injury prone gets a few games under his belt. Sean is one of the rising stars who came up through the youth ranks. Ironically he has now played under 4 different managers as Malky gave him a start just before he left, then Dyche and Zola before Beppe.

I also found a signed book in Watford Poundland on my way to the ground, but as it is looking like I will not get to a charity shop this week, I will save that for Sunday.
