Wayne Rooney IP Yesterday

Yesterday evening I was one of the lucky ones who managed to get a wristband for Rooney's book signing they were limited to 300 and this was never mentioned on the site they just said turn up on the day so as you can imagine people had come from all over only to be disappointed..anyway got there 1hr 30 before hand and was about 30th in the que, security were ok too which helped. Anyway Wayne signed my book and also said he would do a pic with me so very pleased about that, wasnt able to get my clubcards signed though so not sure how im ever going to get them done but hopefully it will happen one day. Had a brief chat also with Wayne and shook his hand then he thanked me for coming and said he hoped I enjoyed the book which im sure I will when I get around to reading it, came across very nice anyway despite being one of the worst signers football wise so it was a pleasure to meet him and well worth queing up for.

That is so annoying they did not mention the wristband limitation, but thrilled you had no problem, and got to meet Wayne.

#5 yeah lot of disappointed people Nigel who were pointing out that it wasn't advertised as wristband only..some people had come from America and Japan too having been told that you could get the book on the day so felt sorry for them really as it was a wasted trip but the staff didnt seem to care, the only reason I got it early was because I was at the Trafford Centre last week so went to see if the book was in stock and they advised buying it early incase they ran out on the day then at the till gave me a wristband but it wasn't well known and had I not got the book early I wouldnt have got in on the day
