a year or so ago, I wrote the Disney child star Haley Mills, with no success. I tried again in March of this year and just received an autographed black and white photo from her. Not sure if it's preprinted autograph, but it was nice to receive a reply!

Hopefully it's ok, Hayley normally signs well, especially when people send their own items and postage paid reply envelope. Are you able to take a picture or scan of it? It would be nice to see it. Lovely actress from a wonderful family.
