The death of John Sullivan has been announced. That fantastic writer of Only Fools & Horses has gone at the age of 64. I feel cheated.

Thank you Mr. Sullivan for many, many laughs.

Very sad news indeed. Thanks to his creations he will never be forgotten, and rightly so. I had a lovely ttm reply from him in 2007, and wrote on my site - "I felt genuinely honoured to receive a reply from John Sullivan". That sentiment will always stand true. RIP

What a  loss -- his amazing talent for writing comedy will be missed, but I'm sure that his memory will live on via the shows for many, many years to come.
