I E-mailed Mike's PA a couple of months ago asking if it was ok to send a book request to him for signing, Got a reply saying he was extremely busy but when a slot appeared I would be notified...on the 11th of November I was asked to get the book to them for the Tuesday of this week as he would be available between meeting to sign for me, The book was sent Monday, It arrived Tuesday, Signed  and popped back in the post. along with a signed promocard, I picked this up from the post office yesterday.

Mike Batt has added his Autograph to "The Wombles" Book I picked earlier this year, The book was already signed by the Creator of the Wombles Elisabeth Berresford MBE, Who sadly passed away on Christmas eve last Year, and Bernard Cribbins( TTM reply) who did all the voice overs for all the Womble characters in the BBC TV Series, Mike Batt wrote the sound track for the TV series and also created the Wombles pop group act...plus wrote "Bright Eyes" and discovered Katie Melua plus he is the deputy chairman of the British Phonographic industry. I think the project has been a success and looks good.

This book's TM days  are now complete and will be retired to the bookshelf. Thanks Mike Batt and his PA team.
