Morning Guys,

Yesterday i called to see Mr Alex Dawson, Alex scored a Hatrick for The Reds in the 1958 FA Cup Final v Fulham, which we won 5-2:)

Alex was not at home when i arrived, but as i was leaving i noticed a car wanting to pull into the driveway in which i was BLOCKING oops:) The car went to the top of the road and turned around. By the time they came back i had moved up a little and sure enough when i looked , there was Mr Dawson in the car. They pulled onto there drive and i got out of my vehicle and apologised to Mrs Dawson for blocking there entrance. Thats ok she said. I would like to talk to Mr Dawson if thats ok?? Yes , she said.

I then went around to the other side of the car and asked Mr Dawson how he was doing. Ok he said. Would you be kind enought to sign my book for me please, he then took the book and signed it. That was that really, he didnt really have much to say. Like Ralph when he visited Alex, there was not much conversation at all.

Thanks goes out to Ralph for his help on this one:) Cheers mate. And thank you Mr Dawson, sorry i blocked your driveway:)

Not sure mate, i just do this on a wing and a prayer:)

Probably Jimmy Greenhoff or Ian Storey-Moore maybe. Will have to sit down and start some detective work soon as running out of address's to visit.:)
