wrote to Jack last week.He is the head of Player care at Chelsea's Academy.He also played for Chelsea as a youth player in 2003/2004 before moving on to Scunthorpe.He retired from playing in 2011 becoming a scout for Chelsea in Asia before taking the Academy job in 2012
