Big Local Derby game which ended even at 2-2, Yet another 2 points dropped at home and a win would have seen us up to 2nd in League 2, 4 Games to play and all to play for. Come on you mighty Reds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I only managed 16 of the 19 squad players that traveled over for yesterdays game, Morecambe FC never bring a coach to this tie so always difficult to get all the away players as they wonder off through different exits. I also managed to add Manager Jim Bentley to the match day programme also. Back of the programme is signed by a handful of Stanley players, Ross Etheridge, Tom Davis,Brad Halliday, Matty Pearson, probably player of the season Billy Kee, Sean McConville, Matt Crooks, Piero Mingoa, Tariqe Fosu and Mark Hughes. Manager John Coleman also signed his pic in the programme. Sat in the crowd yesterday was former Stanley man Robbie Williams, He was part of the squad (10 years ago this week since we won promotion back to the football league) that saw Stanley play in the football league once again, He was happy that I recognised haim and signed his pic in the Stanley book I had with me....I alway say he looked like a young Stevie Gerrard.
