Empress of soul reply and 3 purchases

It was chucking it down today when I finial got home and went to check the mailbox today (after weeks of little rain). As a walked up to the box I thought “I bet I finally have a reply and it is soaking wet” – and guess what……

Gladys Knight – the Empress of Soul kindly signed my cards that I sent last year. One is smudged and the other has an ink mark on it (from the smudged card). Not too bad though – I am now sending out requests with a small plastic pocket inside.

Also purchased a signed Peter Linz (and Walter) photo from the charity that people on this forum like.

Brilliant Muppet reply, Rob. Pity they got a bit damp. I started to include a plastic cover during the biblical rain we had over the winter.

Nice reply and a good one for your collection shame one smudged and one has an ink mark always a pain when rain wrecks them
