I got my 10x8 and index card back from David today.  he kindly agreed to sign for me after a few emails backwards and forwards.  David is a visual effects guy and worked on 5 of the Star Wars films and has also worked on the new Star Trek film, Mission Impossible and X-men amongst others.  He devleoped his own Pre Visualisation techniques whilst working for ILm before setting up his own company, POV Previs:
