Cost me a £1 from the East Lancs Hospice society shop in Accrington today. Hardbacked firdt edition from 2001 "Esther" The Autobiography by Esther Rantzen now CBE.Signed and dated to title page.

Esther Louise Rantzen CBE (born 22 June 1940) is an English journalist and television presenter, who is best known for presenting the BBC television series  , and for her work in various charitable causes. She is founder of the child protection charity That's Life!ChildLine, and also advocates the work of the Burma Campaign UK. In July 2009 she announced that she would stand as a candidate for Parliament of the United Kingdom in Luton South at the 2010 general election; however, she came fourth behind the three main parties.

Nice one Alex. Really nicely signed, and a bonus when dated. I like Esther - a great character and big charity supporter. I have one of her other books signed from a charity shop find.  Five from this week to add myself if I can get round to taking the pics.
