A few pickups this week

£2 for a signed Plymouth book that has four signatures. I recognise what I think is Derek Rickard and Brian Johnson, but not familiar with the other two sigs. Nice book. I like these historical looks at clubs and players.

Also picked up Terry Butcher's bio for £3.99.

Great finds Nigel,and an Argyle book as well! One signature is Nicky Marker with Johnston and Rickard,and the other is the author and my mate Andy Riddle (he's the chairman of the Argyle legends team and has written other books for Argyle and Torquay)

As a matter of interest the David Phillips photo top left,the Garry Nelson photo just below in shirt and tie and the John Uzzell picture bottom right were mine which Andy used for the book.

Unfortunately only Kevin Hodges is in Argyles backroom staff but rarely travels with the team as on the youth side.Steve Davey sometimes covers the radio at away games.(ex Argyle,Portmouth and Hereford)Not too many of the 101 come to Argyle anymore,but if you want Kevin Hodges and Steve Davey drop me a line.

#5 - Thanks Rob, I may well take you up on those two. Thanks also for the sig info. I wondered if your friend the author had signed it, but was not sure if the sig was his or not. Fabulous book. I remember seeing Nicky Marker in his playing days, especially with Blackburn as well as Plymouth.
