I am still waiting for my refund of an item.that was cancelled was told it would take 2 days its longer than that

It can take longer than stated. If you received notification from ebay then it will happen. If you haven't received official notification see if you can open a case. Select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/get-help-item-hasnt-arr...and escalate it 3 complete working days later.
If that's not possible it means the cancellation has been started and a refund is on its way. If there is much more delay contact ebay about it via the help link at top of page. Get to automated assistant and ask to speak to an agent.
