In September I bought some perfume from a seller in Germany.
Incorrect perfume was sent,so I returned to sellers address,seller refused to accept the perfume or send me the correct perfume ,or refund me.
The photo of perfume was the type I ordered,but they sent a different version ,so went against trades description.
Im getting nowhere with refund or with them accepting the perfume back again.
Ebay have be very unhelpful in resolving the issue,so I'm furious,out of pocket and have a perfume I don't want,what do I do now?

Open a return now, using reason :Does not match photos or description
Add the tracking number to the case.
If tracking shows delivered or attempted delivery your seller will have to refund.
If they don't refund within 2 days escalate your case for ebay to step in.
Unless an ebay case is opened and followed through there is no way to force ebay to help you.
Also, opening an ebay case ensures the seller pays for the return.

Probably too late to open a case now, you have up to 30 days to open a Not As Described case.
Sounds like the OP has not read the eBay money back guarantee (which is on every listing) and instead done a DIY return.
Card provider may help but as the seller is in Germany it could prove tricky

OP hasn't said how long ago they received their item, but yes exactly. If it is longer ago than 30 days they have missed out with an ebay case which just leaves their payment provider.

I'm guessing that if eBay are being unhelpful, it's probably gone past the 30 day limit.

Haha yes. Sometimes OPs post on the first board they come to. Sometimes posts are moved by the mods.
I always log onto the general board and you get everything under the sun on there!
