Not Able to View Sold Items on Ebay app

Hi,

I am not able to view my sold items on my Ebay mobile app.

I get java.io. IOException on the screen instead.  Have the same on 2 mobiles, 1 tablet.

I've tried clearing the cache, un-installing the app and re-installing and signing back in.

Phone is fairly modern and everything updated.

Is any having the same issue ? I can view my sold items on my PC Ebay, but the app is handy.

I can view my listed items and unsold items with no issues.

I have only Android devices by the way.

Any suggestions please ?

Exact same problem here. It's very annoying as the only way I can track my sold items now is by going back through my emails 😡

I have the same problem it has been like it for 2 weeks not showing sold items.  I then have to use my laptop - please ebay are you fixing it for us unhappy customers

Had this problem for over 2 weeks now, cant view sold items on App.....come on ebay sort this out!   Your last updates have been so bad also...you have turned a good user friendly website into a confusing maze.
