50% off Final value fees on new Seller Hub Promotions
We’re offering 50% off Final value fees on transactions where a discount has been applied when you set up new Multi-buy, Order Discount campaigns or use the Send Offers to Buyers feature for the next 4 weeks.
eBay will manage payments for most business sellers in 2020, and by 2021 eBay will manage payments for a majority of its marketplace sellers. Find out more details and about how you will be notified about managed payments.
Promoted Listings guidance improvements and restrictions for Below Standard sellers
We’ve made some improvements to how you manage your Promoted Listings campaigns and we’re also now restricting Promoted Listings eligibility to Above Standard and Top-rated sellers.
We’re adding new tools to help you identify and add missing item specifics and optimise your listings. There’s also some new item specifics requirements coming on 9 September 2020 in some categories.
We’ve made improvements to our settings with the Time Away tool, which will help you better schedule time away from running your eBay business and improve the experience for buyers.
Enhanced privacy for email addresses on the marketplace
Starting gradually from the end of August, sellers and buyers will no longer see each other’s email addresses. We’ll continue to convey direct email messages between sellers and buyers using email aliases.
Since February 2020, we’ve been adding new features to the Terapeak Research tool. eBay sellers will start to see Terapeak insights when creating or editing listings via Seller Hub, as we roll out this functionality from mid-October.
Changes to requirements for signature on delivery confirmation for eBay Money Back Guarantee
From 19 October, the eBay Money Back Guarantee threshold for signature confirmation will move from item value to total order value. Ensuring you have signature confirmation will protect you against "item not received" requests.
