The Free promotions are free but if you dont read the Terms and conditions or check before you click the Submit button
you can be caught out
It always tells you just before the Submit button what the charge is if any
If there is a charge there then you have to go back and check why it is being charge.
Some of the recent free listings state that they do not cover items listed for 3 or 5 days
Or they were one day promotions and there were other variations
