Hi there,

You have been enrolled in the global shipping program. Ebay opts in sellers who only sell to UK for some items see link below.

Basically what happens is that when you sell to overseas  the buyer pays for the item + p&p +  customs charges up front. You get paid for the item +  the domestic portion of the postage and then pack and send the item to the hub in the UK (tracked). Ebays partner pitney bowes then sends the item on the international leg.
