I leaved a negative feedback to an seller, but we have a deal and I want to change this feedback. How it can be done? What action should be first?

I suggest you think very carefully about this. The seller has to send you a Feedback Revision Request, BUT once you have done this you will find that your Deal does not happen.

Promises of a Refund/Replacement are easily made and always broken. ONLY agree to amend after you are satisfied NOT before.
