Unable to leave positive feedback.

I am trying to leave positive feedback for a recent purchase that I am pleased with, but the option has not been provided this time. I'd like to know why this is and if there is any way that I can leave the feedback. Thanks.

The option should be there.  There were many glitches yesterday, and there are often glitches  every day , with leaving feedback.  It really is a case of trying later.

  Sometimes when the banner, 'this transaction cannot be found'  comes up after leaving feedback, I have found, ignoring it and coming back later,  the feedback has actually registered.
