To refund or not?

Ive sold an item with no returns accepted on the listing
The size is detailed on the ad, and i find them true to size
The buyer says they've arrived and they like them but they're too big
They've asked for a full refund
What is the process here? As far as far as I'm concerned i have given all valid info in the ad.

It is difficult to give a true answer as it may depend on what the buyer says if they open a dispute

If they say the item does not fit then ebay may class it as a change of mind and as you have No returns on your item then they should not win a dispute

The problem is that if they do open the dispute and say Not as describedthen ebay will usually go with the buyer

If they open a dispute it may be best just to grit your teeth and ask them to return for a refund

You will have to pay the return postage

Make sure you reply Return for a refund in any dispute as if you dont ebay may take it that you do not want the item back and the buyer ends up with item and money

See the link. There is a video on how to handle returns
