I paid for a suit and the item was to be sent but in that time, the seller no longer exists and their items don't either. I have not received my suit yet and feel like I may not. The seller also had no ratings at all.
You can open a case in Paypal. Find the transaction in your PP account. On the left select ' Resolve a Problem' open a case for item not received, then escalate within 20 days for a full refund.
