Hi All,
I bought a jacket on eby. The seller put size 8 on ad and the item that seh sent is size 6. Therefore, it does not fit. I asked her for return and she declined it. What else can I do? I have been trying to contact paypal but in vain.

You should have opened a not as described case......NOT A RETURN REQUEST !!
Open a not as described case in Paypal & escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days....you will have to return the item tracked at your own expense however through a Paypal case
