Hello!
So i bought a case cover for my phone, and i didn't receive it! The estimated delivery was Tue, 09 Aug - Tue, 16 Aug, and today is 26 Aug.
I already tried do contact the seller, twice, but he doesn't answer my messages. What should i do now? I payed with my credit card, is there any problem?

If no response...
Open a case for item not received and escalate it a full 8 days later for Ebay to step in.
Do not close the case on any promises from the seller as once closed the case cannot be reopened.
